At The Gym (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing a safe, hygienic, and professional fitness environment for all members. Please read our policies carefully before joining.
 

Membership Policy
 

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Membership validity starts from the date of activation.

• Members must carry their membership details while entering the gym.

• Management reserves the right to modify membership plans and pricing at any time.
   

Health & Safety Policy
 

• Members must disclose any medical conditions or injuries before joining.

• Exercise and workouts are performed at the member’s own risk.

• Proper gym attire and sports shoes are mandatory inside the gym.

• Members should use equipment responsibly and follow trainer guidance.
   

Hygiene & Cleanliness Policy
 

• Maintain personal hygiene at all times.

• Wipe equipment after use whenever necessary.

• Do not litter inside the gym premises.

• Food and drinks are not allowed near workout equipment except water bottles or approved health beverages.
   

Timing Policy
 

Summer Timings (1 Apr – 30 Sep)

• Morning: 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM (Unisex)

• Mid: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Females Only)

• Evening: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Unisex)
   

Winter Timings (1 Oct – 31 Mar)

• Morning: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Unisex)

• Mid: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Females Only)

• Evening: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Unisex)
   

Members are requested to strictly follow the allotted timings.
 

Code of Conduct
 

• Respect trainers, staff, and fellow members.

• Misbehavior, abusive language, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

• Gym equipment must be handled carefully.

• Any intentional damage to gym property may result in penalties or membership cancellation.
   

Personal Belongings
 

• Members are responsible for their personal belongings.

• The Gym (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Locker facilities should be used responsibly.
   

Cancellation & Termination Policy
 

• No refund will be provided once membership is activated.

• Membership may be terminated without refund in case of misconduct, policy violations, or inappropriate behavior.

• Management reserves the right to deny access if rules are violated.
   

Cafeteria Policy
 

• Online food orders are subject to availability.

• Payments for cafeteria items must be completed before order confirmation.

• Outside food may be restricted in workout areas.
